The Castle offers a choice of rooms where you can host a small, intimate gathering for close family and friends or choose to enjoy the entire Downshire Suite which can cater for 100 guests (60 seated.) To maintain our fantastic value, room hire starts from as little as £40 per hour.
You are welcome to arrange your own catering and can take the form of a finger buffet, take-away delivered to the premises or a three course gourmet meal. However, organising a party does not have to be hard work as our experienced team are here to guide and assist and we have a recommended caterer which you are free to use.
For a one-off corkage payment of just £300 you can provide all your own alcohol – which represents a saving of hundreds, or potentially thousands, of pounds depending on how thirsty your guests get!
All our rooms are licensed so you are free to arrange any form of entertainment you wish including music, dancing, magic shows or whatever takes your fancy.
